I haven't had Spam in years either and I'm ok with that.

I had cold fried chicken for breakfast/lunch. Probably leftover pizza for dinner in a bit. I'm getting a bit hungry.

I'm waiting for son to wake up to run the HDMI cable through the walk-in attic to the projector. Gotta move out some boxes to reach it. Sigh.

When does son go back?

Well, another day has passed and I didn't use algebra once.

It's sneaking up on us! Did the yearly shoe shopping yesterday. He did the usual, bought two of the same pair. One for now and the other for in about 6 months.

I'm lurking.
Getting stuff together to fix f-i-l's lift chair tomorrow after I take him to the eye doctor.

Mrs Ice and I went to see The Expendables 2 this afternoon, very funny.

Ok as far as I know. No pain, very little discomfort.Dr. said everything looked good on Friday. The most strenuous thing I've done all weekend is cut grass and take out the trash.

This thread looked interesting. Getting ready for a possible visit from Isaac. Friends from church coming over tomorrow to help pick up and store all loose items - potential projectials.

First time for me. Back in the 70's when we lived here before my family went through a nasty one. They had already sent me back north for health reasons.

Panhandle of Florida. Southern Floridians don't acknowledge us.

Morning all.

Breakfast has been had. I napped a bit overnight so I'm not tired at the moment.

Gonna get son to help run the HDMI cable from the receiver to the projector and then it's movie time. He wants to watch Psycho.

No prob.

Wiring is complete on the new receiver in the media room. We haz HDMI hook-up now! yay

Changing the bulbs on son's ceiling fan and it's an unusual light with a full cover that you had to remove completely. It's over his waterbed. I'm balancing on a 1.5" frame with him holding me. I don't balance well. It was hilarious. Got it all done and the fan didn't work. Crap! Take it all apart again... nothing. See this piece hanging out of the middle of the light pole (where you screw on the cover) so I pull it. It clicks, the fan starts, and hits me in the head (gently, at least). Put it all back together.

Maisy did a double poop on me this a.m. on the cul-de-sac walk we do before I leave the house. That's where she poops, I bag/knot, she poops again. Unknot, carefully turn bag to grab poop, close again.

Fred was horrible at doing that.

Perhaps I just notice the iPad's fussiness because I tend to use a lot of internet jargon/slang at times.
