Right now I'm doing yard work for exercise. No videos, no annoying trainers, no special equipment (other than tools) and plenty of "why the hell am I doing this again?" every few minutes.

I run around town beating the crap out of people. On light days, I pick on little girls. On heavy days I go to the gym and find the biggest guy in the place. Ha ha haaa haaaaaaaa!

Martial Arts, I have my own school, and I train under another very high ranking Hanshi.

I workout 6 days a week; running on three or four of those days at least 4 miles and then lifting weights the remaining days.

I drag my tired butt into physical therapy 3 times a week so they can torture me as my knee heals from surgery. Nothing like insurance-funded fitness!

All of the above except yoga/pilates (which I'm trying to work up the nerve to try).

100 pounds lighter, countless 5Ks, and a handful of tri's & 10Ks later, I'm in the best shape of my life (including high school & college). Shed a wife in the process too, so may be I lost more than 100 lbs!

I'm glad I'm not the only one to say Ultimate Frisbee.

As an arborist, I get a paid daily workout. Home kettlebells aside from that.

I used to exercise everyday after work at a local track but since the time change it gets dark before I even leave work. For some reason the act of going to the gym is so depressing. Think woot will have the Sun as a deal one day?

Also since that didn't answer the question: I do yoga, running, spinning, weights, and all the lunges/squats type stuff.
