Right now I'm doing yard work for exercise. No videos, no annoying trainers, no special equipment (other than tools) and plenty of "why the hell am I doing this again?" every few minutes.

All of the above except yoga/pilates (which I'm trying to work up the nerve to try).

100 pounds lighter, countless 5Ks, and a handful of tri's & 10Ks later, I'm in the best shape of my life (including high school & college). Shed a wife in the process too, so may be I lost more than 100 lbs!

I used to exercise everyday after work at a local track but since the time change it gets dark before I even leave work. For some reason the act of going to the gym is so depressing. Think woot will have the Sun as a deal one day?

Also since that didn't answer the question: I do yoga, running, spinning, weights, and all the lunges/squats type stuff.
