White Stilton with Fruit
White Stilton, the young, immature cousin to the world famous British blue cheese, is extra-creamy and deliciously tangy, but somehow unfinished all by itself - much like plain yogurt. Hence the need to introduce a fruit. After your first bite you will immediately recognize that the combination is a natural fit.
Tart Cherry and Cacao Nib Crostini
This thin crisp toast has a classic flavor combination of dried cherries, almonds and cacao nibs, giving it a sweet, slightly chocolate flavor. Lightly sprinkled with crystal sugar, this pan forte is a great match with creamy goat cheese, but, could also stand in for a cookie with a glass of milk.
Dried Asian Pears
Each season, Subarashii Kudamono Orchards in Pennsylvania hand-craft a selection of their Asian Pears into this unique and tasty product. No oils, sugars, or preservative are used, making these pears completely additive free. Naturally sweet, soft and chewy, with a wonderfully candy-like aroma, we love to serve these pears with a cheese plate, or just enjoy them with tea in the afternoon.
Wensleydale with Apricots
Hand-made traditional Wensleydale cheese is made from milk drawn from cows grazing the sweet limestone pastures on surrounding farms in Upper Wensleydale. This gives the cheese the unique flavor for which it is renowned. The cheese is fresh and young-- taken at only three weeks old-- it has a clean, mild, slightly sweet flavor with a honeyed aftertaste.

Fig Chevre
From the same maker as the much-raved-about Cranberry and Blueberry Chevres comes this Fig Chevre from Canada. Unlike the former two, which had their fruit pressed into the rind, Fig Chevre has pureed figs mixed throughout its creamy, tangy interior.
