Our vendor probably doesn't want you to know this, but it's super easy to make your own sauerkraut at home. All you need is a giant bucket, some finely chopped cabbage and salt! Then you just let it sit and fester in its own juices for a few weeks and VOILA! It smells like something died, but it's soooo good on a Reuben.
