I use sugar, but only coconut sugar -- not cane sugar or any other sugar substitute. I add cream, too, but only if the coffee is strong/bitter to begin with. I like a medium or light roast -- not dark roast.
We can cellar 561 bottles here at home. This means we must quickly consume the other 440 bottles on hand...
