I bought two tablets. Both proved to be defective. Returned them. I was assigned a code. But first I was promised a return in the near future. Then they stopped responding to my letters. Has anyone had the same deception? I'm shocked.
I am ready to discuss the details of this case again, if the WOOT answers me. Until now, they are hiding from me. I do not know why.

Mikola77777, I'm very sorry for the delay. I did get someone with CS and they found that the refunds were rejected by our system. They're working to resolve.
