To ensure the best experience and to address situations where a customer may feel the product “does not work,” here are the correct operating steps: 1） Fill Water Tank Open the top cap and fill the tank with clean water, then close the lid tightly. Do not add any chemical agents (e.g., detergents), as they may cause clogging, damage the circuitry, or leave residue. 2）Attach Accessory Select the accessory you need and install it onto the steam outlet nozzle, ensuring it is properly aligned and securely locked. 3） Power On A. Plug in the power — the “8”-shaped light will flash. B. Long-press the power button to enter standby; the indicator will light up and show the steam level. Adjust the level with “+/–” (Levels 1–3). C. Press the start button. Steam will begin after about 3 seconds. Note: A small amount of water may discharge from the nozzle before steam appears — this is normal. 4）Power Off Long-press the power button; the indicator will blink, and the device will shut down within seconds.
