• Black and Bleu by Winter Park Dairy:  Black and Bleu by Winter Park Dairy: America's first cracked roasted peppercorn infused blue-vein cheese. (8 oz)
• Virginia: Grayson: Surface ripened with a reddish-orange rind gives this cheese its characteristically strong smell, as well as a heavenly taste. Reminiscent of the aromatic Italian Taleggio or French Livarot, but with Meadow Creek Dairy's rich Jersey milk. (8 oz)
• Texas: Montasio Festivo: Bold and assertive with a nutty tinge, the depth of flavor in this cheese is remarkable. Montasio Festivo is rubbed with an ancho chile/olive oil paste to form a thin, dark-red rind, whilst also lending the cheese a spicy aroma. (8 oz)
• Georgia: Thomasville Tomme: This unpasteurized cow's milk cheese has a golden yellow color and mellow, buttery flavor. As a snack or part of the dessert course, it simply melts in your mouth. (8 oz)
