Once your blocks are ready, place Rubble in the elevator and raise him to the top of the tower, and into the crane control pod, then use the crane to lift the blocks and move them where you want them! Then, for one last surprise, push the giant red button at the front of the tower to activate the lights and hear sounds and phrases that you know from the show!
