• Chimay Trappiste with Beer: This cheese is semi-soft and has a nutty, well-finished flavor with just a hint of hops and malt. While its aroma is quite strong, the taste of the cheese itself is somewhat mild but not at all bland. (8 oz.)
• Kerrygold Dubliner with Irish Stout: The classic flavor combination brings out the sweet, nutty, rich flavor of Dubliner and swirls and tumbles it together with the malty, caramel, bitter flavor of a perfect pint of Irish Stout. (8 oz.)
• Cahill's Farm Cheddar: A visually intriguing cheese. Mixed with alcohol during the cheesemaking process, this cheese has a marbled effect with colored veins. Imported from Ireland, it has a surprising meaty flavor and is obviously a perfect match for ale. (8 oz.)
• Hopscotch Cheddar by Fiscalini Farm: The cheese masters at Fiscalini soak their fresh cheddar curds in Devil's Canyon Scotch Ale for two hours before pressing the curd into blocks, giving this cheddar a most distinct flavor of hops and of course, beer. Devil's Canyon Scotch Ale has a deep malt and caramel flavor, with overtones of chocolate and a slight hint of a mild, smoky flavor. This cheese has great cheddar flavor, slices well, and can be used for snacking, sandwiches, or cooking. (8 oz.)
• Beer Flats Crackers: Perfect as a gift for any beer and cheese lover, the boxes have a retro look evoking the old time beer labels and muted earthy colors.
