In a martini shaker filled with ice add:
1/4 cup prepared Bellagio® Sipping Chocolate (See Volume Preparation below)
1/4 cup vodka
1oz Irish cream liqueur
1/2 oz vanilla syrup (optional)
Shake until mixed and cold and pour into a 6 oz martini glass.
Sipping Chocolate Volume Preparation (makes 32 oz)
In a 32 oz container (or larger) pour:
6 scoops (9 oz or 18 rounded Tbsp.) of Bellagio® Sipping Chocolate
1 cup of half & half.
Mix well until dissolved. Store in refrigerator.
