The Round French Oven is great for stove top and oven use, and can be safely used under the broiler, without the lid. The enamel protects against rust and doesn't require seasoning. Self-Basting Lid- Spikes under the lid allow the evaporated juices to drip evenly back onto the food. Oven to safe to 465°F. Dishwasher safe, but handwashing recommended.
