• Burrata Burro by Paula Lambert: This burrata is made in the style of Burrino in Northern Italy.  It is a fresh Italian-style cow's milk cheese made by completely encasing a soft, creamy lump of sweet cream butter with soft, fresh mozzarella.  Its name comes from its buttery center: burro means butter in Italian. 8 ounces
• Prosciutto di San Daniele by Principe - Sliced: This authentic Italian San Daniele Proscuitto is perfectly cured and has an amazing flavor. The slices are laid out as you would expect from the delicatessen, coming apart effortlessly at the moment of consumption. 3 ounces
• Burrata alla Panna by Di Stefano: The family-owned Di Stefano dairy is based in Southern California and is dedicated to making only one product: Di Stefano burrata! Their burrata is hand made with extreme care, passion, and dedication. On the plate this pure, sweet fresh cheese resembles nothing more than a ball of cow's milk mozzarella with a topknot. Once the cheese has been cut open the soft and creamy center slowly runs onto the plate. A luscious filling of stracciatelle blended with Italian panna ("cream") is encased in a sheet of fresh mozzarella. 8 ounces
