You will need:
Directions: Preheat griddle to 375°F or heat frying pan until drops of water sizzle before evaporating. Blend Mix with 1 beaten egg and 1-1/4 cups of milk until batter is fairly smooth. Do not over mix. Pour batter onto the hot, lightly greased griddle (adding chocolate chips, fruit or nuts if desired). Turn when edges look dry and bubbles break on the surface. Turn only once. Serve with your favorite syrup. Pumpkin Spice Pecan Pancakes - Add 1 Tablespoon of Pumpkin Spice and 1/4 cup of ground pecans to the batter. Follow basic directions for cooking. Apple Cinnamon Pancakes - Add 1/4 cup of shredded apples and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter. Follow basic directions for cooking. Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Pancakes - Add 2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder and 1/4 cup of chocolate chips to the batter. Follow basic directions for cooking. |
