• Basic/white bread
• French/Italian bread – this program uses special timing and temperatures required to achieve a crispy crust

• Sweet bread – this program is designed to bake bread with high amounts of sugar, fats, and proteins
• Gluten free – because the dough is generally wet and has a batter-like consistency, this program recognizes that less kneading is required, allows the dough to rises only once, and increases baking time
