Along with his friends Flower and Thumper, Bambi navigates the trials of growing up, as he learns the value of friendship and perseverance! One of the first conservation-awareness movies made, a real break-through in Disney animation came when animator Marc Davis studied a book on baby behavior and endowed the animals in Bambi with a range of human facial expressions.
