NATURALLY LOW-STICK: Unlike a non stick baking sheet, this baking pan is BPA, PTFE, and PFOA free. To reduce sticking, line pans with silicone baking mats or parchment paper, or grease pans before cooking.
HAND WASH RECOMMENDED: Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients like vinegar and tomatoes, which can cause pitting or corrosion. Use nylon, wood or silicone utensils to avoid scratching the 1/4 sheet cake pan.
