• Wensleydale with Pear and Apple: Hand made traditional Wensleydale cheese is made from milk drawn from cows grazing the sweet limestone pastures on surrounding farms in Upper Wensleydale. The cheese is a fresh, young cheese taken at only three weeks old- it has a clean, mild, slightly sweet flavor with a honeyed aftertaste. (8 oz)

• English Cheddar with Caramelized Onions: Creamy, buttery cheddar is perfectly blended with tangy, caramelized onions to produce a new English favorite. As versatile as it is addictive, this new cheddar, also known as Abbot's Gold, has livened up everything from simple sandwiches to hot dogs and grilled portabellas in the igourmet kitchen. (8 oz)

• Cranberry Chevre with Cinnamon: Creamy and rich, as a goat cheese should be, Celebrity Goat is aged for only a few weeks, so it is firm enough to slice but creamy enough to spread. This chevre is fresh and creamy with a slightly sharp and lightly acidic flavor. The tanginess of the cranberries, combined with the warm spiciness of cinnamon, creates a uniquely festive cheese that could not be more ideal for entertaining. (4.5 oz)

• Daelias Biscuits for Cheese: Based on a traditional Mediterranean recipe, meant to complement all cheeses, soft and hard. These biscuits will not overwhelm your cheese, but will enhance it and cause you to crave for more. (4 oz)
