Comte Reserve
Each round of Comté reveals differences in the composition of its flavor, depending on the micro-region where it was produced, the season, the particular technique of the cheese maker, and the cellar where it was matured. It can always be called upon and never disappoints, whether as a table cheese or in a gratin.
Buche de Chevre
Each Buche de Chevre is aged for two months, during which time it develops a hard, edible crust complete with a bloomy white mold coating. It is sharp and tangy near the rind and gets progressively richer and creamier toward the center.
Mousse Truffee
This is Les Trois Petits Cochons' signature mousse. This luxurious mousse features the gem of French cuisine - black truffles. Made from pork and chicken liver and flavored with Pineau des Charentes and Sherry, this mousse has an unbelievable silky texture.
Saucisson Sec Aux Herbes de Provence
Les Trois Petits Cochons' Saucisson Sec is a pork sausage, naturally air-dried. Made from a time-honored recipe from the mountains of France. The gentle combination of spices from Provence include thyme, rosemary, and fennel.
French Cornichons in White Wine Vinegar
Cornichons are crisp, tart, pickled baby cucumbers. Drenched in a brine of white wine vinegar, salt, pearl onions and select spices, these tangy little pickles are zesty and delicious.
