• [WHAT’S INCLUDED]: Includes (1) 1-gallon glass fermentation jar, (1) BPA-free lid with grommet, and (1) Econolock airlock. This complete fermentation setup is ideal for kombucha, pickling, kimchi, wine, beer, sourdough starter, or storing dry goods.
• [THICKER & HEAVIER GLASS]: Made from durable, food-grade glass that is approximately 20% heavier than many standard 1-gallon jars, providing added strength and stability during fermentation. The thicker construction helps reduce breakage risk and offers a sturdier feel compared to lighter jars.
• [CONTROLLED FERMENTATION]: The included Econolock airlock allows gases produced during fermentation to escape while preventing outside air and contaminants from entering. Perfect for brewing kombucha, fermenting vegetables, wine, cider, or other home fermentation projects.
• [NORMAL GLASS MOLD LINE – NOT A CRACK]: The lines visible on the bottom of the jar are normal mold lines from the glass manufacturing process, not cracks or damage. These markings are common in thick glass jars and do not affect strength, safety, or performance.
• [OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU]: At FastRack, we stand behind the quality of our products and the trust our customers place in us. Your experience matters. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, reach out—we’ll make it right.
