The stainless steel temperature probe and steel mesh cable can withstand high heats.
EASY TO READ SCREEN: The LCD screen display makes it easy to read meat temperatures and set temperature while in cook mode. The screen will display countdown or count up in timer mode.
EASY STORAGE AND USE: This thermometer's display has a flip-out counter stand and also features a magnet to easily store on a refigerator.
