Refills are available in several grades and are available to purchase at amazon.com and other online venues as well as in some storefront locations. With lid removed, fill from the top with about 75-80 multifold towels at a time for smooth dispensing. IMPORTANT: To prevent tearing or clumping, do not overfill!
