HEATWAVE heat pads give instant heat up to approximately 54*C when activated and can be reused more than one hundred times by following the instructions. It can be used indoors and outdoors. For physiotherapy and works especially effectively on aching back muscles, cramps, arthritis pain, tenontodynia, etc. It is also an excellent product for warming in the winter. Up to two hours of heat before cooling down to room temperature. TO ACTIVATE: Place the metal piece between the forefinger and thumb and press to start crystallization. When the crystallization is completed, squeeze the hear pad to make it soft and ready to use TO RECHARGE: Place the heat pad in boiling water with a cloth below.
