Fill martini glasses with ice to chill. In a pitcher, combine Jingle Jice Mix with 2 cups water, 1-1/2 cups vodka (citrus flavored vodkas are deliciously different) and 1/2 cup Cointreau. Stir to combine. Add ice and stir briskly. Just before serving, remove ice from glasses and strain Jingle Juice into glasses. Garnish with orange twists. Jingle Juice is also very festive on the rocks with slices of tangerine. Non-alcoholic Tree Trimming Punch: IN a pticher combine Jingle Juice Mix, 4 cups orange or tangerine juice and 2 liters of ginger ale. Stir to combine then serve over ice with orange silces and maraschino cherries. |
