- Description: The Panettone Classico Royal is a naturally leavened sweet, distinguished by its top with the typical cross-cut. The yellow and soft sponge is enriched with sultanas and aromatic candied peel of Sicilian Oranges and Diamante citron from Calabria. The classic panettone is produced in compliance with the Italian confectionery tradition, with sourdough and a 72-hour artisanal process.
- Kept in a cool and dry place the product, closed in its original packaging, has a shelf-life of 8 months from the date of manufacture.

- Description: The Panettone without candied fruit is ideal for those who do not like candied fruit but do not want to sacrifice the pleasure of an artisanal Panettone. A sweet therefore intended for gourmets of all ages, who particularly appreciate the sweet lightness of a soft and alveolated dough. The yellow and soft dough is enriched with juicy sultanas and the surface is distinguished by the typical cross-cut. - Description: The Veneziana al Mandarino is the typical sweet focaccia of Venetian tradition – a historical symbol of cultural influences from distant lands and Italian creativity. Dario Loison created his Veneziana, blending the uniqueness of the Venetian tradition with the research and selection of unique and precious ingredients.
- The Veneziana has a soft and well-alveolated dough, thanks to our sourdough and 72 hours of patient craftsmanship. The dough is enriched with natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar and candied peel of late Ciaculli mandarin, two Slow Food presidia, and enriched with a blend of 4 fine spices, which give the Veneziana an unmistakable aroma and taste. It’s covered in a fragrant almond glaze and garnished with Italian “Tuono” almonds and granulated sugar.

The dough is enriched with single-origin cru chocolate drops and natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar, a Slow Food presidium, and is embellished with a blend of 4 fine spices, which give the Veneziana an unmistakable aroma and taste.
