How to use:

• (1) Insert chopping lid vertically before use, remove the chopping lid by lifting the top for easy cleaning
• (2) Insert desired chopping blade
• (3) Place the item to be cut in the center of the cutting blade with a flat side facing down
• (4) Press down with 2 hands on the surface to chop or slice
• (5) Align cleaning too with grooves on chopper lid to clean excess or left over food

Cleaning: wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or rinse under running water. Hand washing recommended.
