How to use:

(1) Insert chopping lid vertically before use, remove the chopping lid by lifting the top for easy cleaning
(2) Insert desired chopping blade
(3) Place the item to be cut in the center of the cutting blade with a flat side facing down
(4) Press down with 2 hands on the surface to chop or slice
(5) Align cleaning too with grooves on chopper lid to clean excess or left over food

Cleaning: wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or rinse under running water. Hand washing recommended.
