How to cook quail eggs
1> It is best to use fresh quail eggs for 2 to 3 days (insummer) / 3 to 4 days (winter).
2> After the water is boiling , pour the quail eggs into the boiling water, keep on high heat and stir for about 3~5 minutes
(remember that this is the most important step, this step can center the egg yolk to avoid damage, otherwise the machine will not be used to peel the egg.),
then turn to a low fire for about 5 minutes.
3> Take out the quail eggs and immediately immerse them in cold water.
4>Put the quail eggs into an seal container and shake them to break them.
5> Immerse the cracked eggs with shells in cold water for 5-10 minutes, immerse the quail eggs in the water, so it will take some water when you put eggs on machine, it is good for peeling effort.
6>Fix the peeling machine, put the quail egg on the peeling machine, turn the handle clockwise and press the egg slightly, release your hand after the machine bites the shell.
Notice:
1>the water must be boiled before putting the quail egg in the pot.
2>quail eggs must be stirred immediately when in the pot.
3>After the eggs are completely cooled, they can be peeled by shaking them in the container (there are obvious shells falling off).
4>The yolk must be in the middle, otherwise the quail eggs are easily damaged.
