Hickory adds a warm, robust flavor, while maple wood addes a smoky sweetness. Together, these smoke flavors making this cheddar the perfect partner for salami, mustard, and good dark bread. • Grafton Village Maple Smoked Cheddar: Maple Smoked Cheddar is just one of the Grafton Village Cheese Company's excellent cheeses. It is bathed in the cool smoke from smoldering hard maple wood for four to six hours at the end of the aging period. (8 oz)

• Middlebury Maple by Castleton Crackers: These slightly sweet crackers are delicious with all types of artisan cheeses, from cheddar and gruyere to blues and Brie. They also make a great partner for any number of dips or vegetable spreads.(6 oz)
