This special two-piece system combines a baffle box feather bed with a snapped-on stain resistant mattress topper. The topper features a stretchable skirt and is designed to hug not only the mattress but the feather bed itself. This baffle box feather bed features a hypoallergenic bottom later of white feathers that is covered with a 230 thread count cambric cotton fabric. The top layer - the removable skirt - features a 300 thread count cotton sateen stain resistant mattress pad which snaps on to the feather bed base.
