Enough mix for 12 miffins or 24 minis. Directions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly butter muffin pans, melt 1 stick (4 ounces) of butter, combine with 1 cup sour cream, 1 beaten egg, amd MIX. Spoon into the muffin cups, (fill cups 2/3 full). Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top and roughly swirl through batter with a spoon. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Store cool and dry. |
