These insoles are excellent quality and great value. They are extremely comfortable. Ideal if you spent a lot of time on your feet or suffer from hard skin on your feet which creates pressure areas. There are multiple cutting lines on the insoles so you can accurately cut it down to fit your particular shoe size. I cannot stress the comfort of these insoles, they don't seem to make your feet sweat either and added to a pair of shoes will leave them feeling as comfortable as a good pair of trainers!
