Cleaning Steps:
- Over time, soap may thicken and clog the feed tube in your soap dispenser. This may occur faster when using thicker, moisturizing soaps. Please follow the steps below to clear the feed tube.
- Turn off the dispenser
- Empty the soap dispenser bottle into a cup and reserve the soap
- Add 1/4 cup rubbing alcohol or warm water into the soap dispenser bottle
- Turn on the dispenser
- Prime the pump for 15 - 30 to allow the alcohol to enter the feed tube
- Allow the alcohol to soak for approximately 15 minutes
- Prime unit and allow all the alcohol to dispense
- Add ¼ cup of water to the dispenser bottle
- Prime unit and allow all the water to dispense
- Add reserved soap back to the dispenser bottle
