A：Please follow the steps below:

1. Do not use rechargeable batteries.
2. Make sure all four batteries are new.
3. During the battery installation process, please avoid touching the switch button of the product; if the battery cannot be turned on after installing the battery, you need to wait for 1-2 minutes before the product capacitance value returns to normal.
