Animals in the Outhouse
One morning all of the animals in the forest awake to discover an intruder in their midst! It’s a bright blue outhouse, installed by the park ranger who is tired of the forest smelling nasty and his dog walking in stinky animal poop! About the author: Bethany Straker is an illustrator of picture books and magazines. Her work often leans towards the humorous, and has been described as "somewhere between the stylings of a Steve Fiorilla and a Mike Judge series" (filmmonthly.com). She enjoys the little visual details that others may not notice. She has illustrated Smelly Ghost, A Curious Robot on Mars!, Springy Chicken, and The Spotty Dotty Daffodil with Sky Pony Press. She lives in Kent, England.

About the author: Katja Gehrmann is an author/illustrator who has studied illustration in Mexico, Spain, and Germany. In addition to her experience with children’s books and publishing, which includes numerous other books like The Angry Little Knight, Gehrmann also works for magazine publications. She has previously won numerous awards for her illustrations, including a Golden Apple of the Biennial of Illustrations Bratislava. She currently resides in Hamburg, Germany.

About the author: Richard Fairgray was born and raised in New Zealand and has been publishing since he was seven years old. His main focus since then has been comic books, but he has taken time out during his life to work on films, to perform stand-up comedy, to teach high school, and to stick labels on honey jars. He has been working exclusively in comics for the last six years with long-time collaborator Terry Jones. Their main work together is the on-going series called Blastosaurus. He resides in Auckland, New Zealand.
Terry Jones was born in Wales. He taught high school aged kids in the UK for many years before immigrating to New Zealand. He retired from teaching in 2009 to focus on his writing. He has written newspaper and magazine articles, some non-fiction works, and two novels, The Left-Handed Gun and The R.U.M.B.L.E.R. He currently lives in Auckland, New Zealand.
