Each bite is packed with perfection because we use ONLY 100% Cacao. We keep it clean and simple, so every bite is simply delicious. Our brownies are crunchy on top and moist in the middle. They are delightful frozen or at room temperature paired with your favorite vanilla bean ice cream.

Our brownies (nor any of our products) do NOT contain any shelf-life extenders or preservatives. You can keep your brownies for up to two years in the freezer or 4 months in the refrigerator. They should always be wrapped to prevent them from drying out. We do NOT recommend storing your brownies on a counter or in a cupboard.

ALWAYS store brownies, cakes & scones wrapped in the freezer.
Warm cakes & scones without wrap for 20 to 40 seconds in a microwave – this ensures optimum DELICIOUSNESS.

Our signature sweet creation is Grandpa Malcolm’s sour cream coffee cake. This family favorite will delight your taste buds. Each coffee cake is topped off with a cinnamon/sugar mixture which you will also find nestled right in the middle of each cake. Our coffee cake is best served warm for 15 to 30 seconds. Pair it with your favorite coffee, tea or a glass of milk.

Keep your coffee cake wrapped until ready to eat
Store in the freezer
Serve warmed for 15 to 30 seconds in a microwave.(You can keep the brown baking wrapper and labels on your coffee cake when you put it in the microwave.)

If stored frozen the shelf life on your baked goods is 2 years from date of receipt. If stored at room temperature the shelf life is 3 days from receipt.
