Fill martini glasses with ice to chill. In a pitcher combine Stocking Stuffer Mix with 2 cups water, 2 cups Vodka, (citrus flavors are delicious) or gin, 1/2 cup Contreau or Triple Sec. Stir to combine. Add ice and stir briskly. Just before serving, remove ice from glasses then pour in the Stocking Stuffer Cosmopolitan. Garnish with curls of tangerine peel. Frozen stocking stuffer Cosmo: In a blender combine Mix with 1 cup of water, 2 cups vodka and 1/2 cup Contreau. Fill blender with ice and whizz until slushy. Non-alcoholic punch for naughty and nice children: In a pitcher combine 4 cups pineapple juice, 2 liters ginger ale with the Mix. Stir to combine then serve over ice and garnish with slices of tangerine and maraschino cherries. |
