• Capelin Pearl Caviar: This shelf-stable caviar comes from Iceland, where it is harvested from Capelin fish (Mallotus Villosus). 2 ounces
• Capelin Pearl Caviar: This caviar is wonderful to use as a garnish, mixing into cream sauces, or enjoy with crème fraiche and blinis. 2 ounces
• Taramosalata (Greek Carp Roe Caviar Spread): Taramosalata is a traditional Greek spread created from the delicate roe of carp.
