The Clothbound Cheddar Collection includes:
- Avonlea Clothbound Cheddar: Made from unpasteurized milk, it has excellent depth of character and flavor. Aged for at least one year, nonetheless it retains a hint of saltiness from the Atlantic air and mineral notes that come from PEI's iron-rich red soil. We also detect hints of fruit and toasted nuts beneath its full-bodied tangy bite. 8 ounces
- Flory's Cheddar Truckle: Milton Creamery worked hand-in-hand with the Flory Family of Jamesport, Missouri to develop this aged clothbound cheddar. Instead of aging it in plastic, this cheese ages with the cheesecloth left on the outside, allowed to dry for ten days, then coated with lard to minimize mold penetration, and aged twelve months. The cloth allows the cheese to breathe resulting in a dry, crumbly texture. 8 ounces
- Cabot Clothbound Cheddar: Cabot Clothbound is a handsome natural-rinded traditional cheddar. Bandaged with muslin and skillfully aged a minimum of 10 months at the Cellars at Jasper Hill. 8 ounces
- Wildly Delicious Compotes for Cheese: Authentic French compotes are the perfect complement to a cheese platter or serve as a finishing sauce. 8.4 ounces
- Carr's Water Crackers: Thin, crispy crackers, baked golden brown and are ideal for entertaining and party platters. 2.2 ounces (2 packages)

Carr's Water Crackers: The story of Carr's Biscuits began during the British Industrial Revolution, when Jonathan Carr formed a small bakery in the city of Carlisle, England in 1831. The business thrived, and became so popular that only 10 years later it was granted Queen Victoria's Royal Warrant, an award that has been granted to Carr's by British royalty continuously since that time.
