- Chocolate Stout Cheddar by Rogue Creamery: Pairing with another famous set of Rogues (those over at the Rogue Brewery) resulted in the creation of this delicious cheddar. After the cheddar is formed, it is broken down and covered in Rogue's Chocolate Stout. This stout tastes wonderful with the cheddar. 8 ounces
- Chimay Trappiste with Beer: Just north of the French border lies Chimay, a town in the Belgian forest of Mont du Secours. In 1850, Trappist monks built a Cistercian Abbey there as a place to study, pray, and work. In 1862, the monks added a dairy and a brewery to the Abbey to help generate funds for their livelihood. Soon, they started making cheese from milk produced at the dairy, which became quite popular at the local marketplace. Our Chimay cheese is a variation of their original recipe, but is even more special, as the rind is washed with their famous Chimay beer rather than ordinary spring water. 8 ounces
- Ommegang Hennepin Beer Jelly: This farmhouse ale is considered to be in the domain of the Belgian Saisons. Hennepin is a delicious brew for all seasons - spicy and refreshing. A moderately hoppy ale with a champagne-like effervescence, Hennepin Beer Jelly has a golden color, and bounty of great flavors: ginger, spice, orange and toasted grain. 10 ounces
- Hop Pickles by Brooklyn Brine: The all-natural, earthy Hop-Pickle is made with Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA, caramelized onions and Cascade hops and is packaged by hand in Brooklyn Brine's small artisanal kitchen. 16 ounces
- Alehouse Cheddar Crackers by Castleton Crackers: This farmstead cheese cracker is made with Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company's AleHouse Cheddar which has two kinds of brew from local brewer Harpoon®. They use Munich Dark and their IPA to soak the curds during the cheese making process for a full ale flavor. They added a dash of horseradish mustard to this cracker to create the perfect companion to your favorite cheeses and beers. 6 ounces
- JB's Best All Natural Beer-Infused BBQ Sauce: The newest addition to the JB’s line of BBQ sauces is a marriage made in heaven: pure maple syrup, and applewood-smoked nitrite-free bacon.
