Milano salami has been handcrafted in Italy, dating back six generations to the early 1800's. The Milano family had a provisions business traveling throughout Italy collecting different ingredients and spices. In 1903 the grandfather of Milano's current owner traveled to America with hopes of continuing to make salami. Over one hundred years later, the Milano family tradition of making salami is still carried out today, right in the center of Manhattan's Meat Packing District.

• Truffled Salami by Milanos: The earthy flavor of black truffle meets the intense and savory flavor of cured pork in this Truffled Salami by Milanos. Seasoned with coarse ground pepper and shavings of delicious black truffles, this is a must try! (20 oz)

• Sopressata by Milanos: This coarsely-textured salami is a traditional, Neapolitan-style Sopressata made from pork and pork back fat. (20 oz)

• Chorizo by Milanos: Although Milano's of NYC is famous for their Italian-style salami, we cannot stop eating and cooking with their Spanish-style Chorizo. Coarsely chopped pork and pork fat are mixed together, then seasoned with salt and smoked paprika. (16 oz)

• Sliced Salami by Milanos: These sliced salamis are perfect for setting out as part of a antipasto platter, creating layers of flavor in a panini, or topping off a gourmet pizza or flatbread. Thinly sliced and vacuum-sealed, these are perfect for adding a flourish of flavor without any hassel. (3 oz)
