How to Use Your Bamboo Steamer:

Line the bottom of the basket with cabbage or lettuce leaves
Find a pot that your steamer will fit in snugly like a wok and fill it with about 2" of water
Simmer the water without the steamer in it, do not boil
Set the steamer in the pot with the lid on and your food inside
