Cuisinart Electric Knife

The knife cuts as well as expected. Purchased to cut home made Sour Dough Bread. The cutting part is ok. But it is VERY difficult to press in the power button and keep the button depressed to operate the knife. I am NOT a weak man at 6-4 and 220 lbs with extra large strong hands and fingers. This knife is just a joke to operate because of the requirement to deeply depress the already deeply recessed power button. Do not recommend this knife to anyone for any use because of the operation of the ridiculous positioned and difficult function of the power button. Had such high hopes.
