Decline in Replacement Timing

I purchased these replacements and started use on March 10th. A month and a half later the replacement indicator on the bristles is at the worn out mark (blue turns white half way down). These do not last 3 months like they used to. The quality of the bristles is still good but time between replacements has declined.
