Lenox Holiday Pasta/Rimmed Soup Bowl

Aside from visually being able to see the decoration while in use, the rim is handy for resting bread and keeping fingers cool while carrying the bowl from the pot. These are a nice heavy weight - not as thin as you might think, so soup stays warm enough to enjoy to the last drop! We love them!

Gorgeous looking Christmas dish.

Wow!!! Th last few years we would use plastic china for family gatherings. But this year we pulled out our fine Holiday china. We had to purchase the soup bowls. They got here on time and unbroken. All my family said how “special” they felt by going the extra mile. Planning on ordering some serving pieces.

Why would I want one bowl? It was returned with the rest!

I am really shocked that these weren’t in Lenox boxes or packaged with any cushioning at all. One plate arrived totally shattered, and I’m surprised it was only one broken. There was no bubble wrap or extra packaging at all, just loose brown paper in the box. The bowls are very nice, but the packaging needs significant improvement.

I saw these bowls at a special discounted price & just had to get them for my Mom who wanted to add to her set. I needed 6 but was only able to order 5 at the special price. I was shocked when the 5 bowls came in a big box & were wrapped very loosely. It's amazing they weren't broke but I inspected them closely & they looked great. I ordered one more later & it was wrapped very well when it was delivered. Now I will give these to my Mom for Christmas this year.

I was pleased to find these hard to find additions that perfectly complement my decades old Lenix pattern. Same quality fine china.

I bought four of these soup bowls because the photo shows that the back of the bowls are stamped, MADE IN THE USA. I wanted to add to the 16 soup bowls I previously purchased from Lenox.com, that are stamped MADE IN THE USA. The four bowls I received were made in Indonesia. They were still beautiful. But placed side-by-side with those made in the USA, the porcelain was of a lighter ivory color. The holly and berry pattern were also placed slightly off from the edge. It is so disappointing that Lenox no longer makes their beautiful dinnerware here in the country and that they are not able to matched the quality of their previous pieces. I have been collecting their Holiday place setting for years to pass on to my daughters. Please open up your factory in NC and start producing the quality items that Lenox has been known for.
