Good, heavy pans and excellent for baking
By Blue on Reviewed in the United States on March 1, 2025
Have not used them yet but for some cake recipes it calls for a 9 inch pan. The pans are heavy and should do very well in baking. Easy to clean and maintain. Used other pans in the past and these appear to be much stronger and sturdier. They appear to be readily able to completely release baked goods with no problems

Warranty Claim Runaround Over Flacky Coating
By suzemagoo on Reviewed in the United States on September 23, 2021
I bought two nine inch round cake pans. They were used appropriately and hand washed every time. After several years, the coating on one pan began to flake off. I called and received a replacement. I mentioned the second pan was probably going to do likewise but they would only replace one pan. Well, here we are less than a year later with the second pan flaking. I called in the warranty claim and was told 7-10 business days. That time came and went, no tracking number, no pan. I called and got into such a run around, I had to ask for a supervisor. She immediately confused this claim with the first one and got a bit huffy. I patiently explained the whole story and she backed down, apologized and assured me it was shipping that very day. So I again waited. No tracking number, no pan. I called today and the very nice rep could not explain why it was not shipped. She escalated it to an "investigation" and assured me I would hear from them in 24-48 hours. ZERO RESPONSE. Cuisinart is now off the list for any future purchases due to their complete failure of conducting warranty claims in a professional manner. UPDATE: One month (and a lot of effort) after I called in the warranty claim on the second pan, I received the replacement. But not before I got a call from a Cuisinart rep asking me to change this review. I said I'll change it if and when the pan arrives. The wrapper on the new pan brags of a hassle-free lifetime warranty. Clearly Cuisinart folks need to revisit the dictionary meaning of "hassle" and "free" since the experience was anything but that. My future inclination to buy brands other than Cuisinart remains.
