A good knife at a great price.

This is a very inexpensive knife and it is surprisingly effective. It slices thin uniform slices without shredding and makes carving very easy. It is easy to clean and use. The case is a nice feature and the delivery was actually a day earlier than expected.

Not Durable Enough

With such a low price I was not expecting a heavy duty commercial grade product, however, the first use was also its last. Slicing through two (8 lb. Tri Tip) cuts was too much for it and the internal gears stripped and that was it. I used light pressure so the knife would do all the work too, but it just is not tough enough. If I can't use it to slice beef, I don't need it. I ended up with a $20 carving fork in the end.
