Circulon Elite 10-Piece Cookware Set

After doing a lot of research and reading reviews on various sets of basic cookware on Amazon, I decided to replace my aging T-Fal with the Circulon Elite non-stick set. When it first arrived, my initial impression was WOW, these are near chef quality pots and pans, heavy and well made. After cooking with them for a couple of weeks now, I can't believe I ever used anything else... the non-stick surface is fantastic and the heat distributes MUCH better than any other cookware I've used. As pointed out in other reviews, you need to be careful with your temp settings... I have a gas stove and have noticed I can cook most foods on a lower setting that I used to. Also you really need to hand wash these things, but the surface is so easy to clean that it doesn't take long at all. As mentioned in other reviews, this set probably will not cover all of your cooking needs if you tend to do large meals at once... I have ordered the large gridle and the 12" deep covered pan to round out my set. But all in all, I could not be happier with the performance and price of the Circulon Elite pieces, especially for the great price I got here on Amazon!
