Simple and Great!

Awesome tool that has helped my back greatly. It was recommended to me by a chiropractor. I use this tool whenever I need to self massage my lower back or shoulder. It hasn’t let me down yet. The handy poster it comes with is quite informative and shows many ways to utilize the tool to your benefit. It is crafted of a sturdy polymer and seems quite durable. Great price for it as well considering how helpful this can be. Would recommend for anyone looking to relieve some tension in their body.

The company was great about returns. The knobs were painful.

The shape of the knobs was painfully poking. I think something a little bit more rounded would be good. I just couldn't get used to it. But it was obviously a very heavy duty product. I was really sad to return it, but the company was excellent about the return. I'm really sad that it didn't work out, or that they didn't have other options with less painful knobs.
