Definitely does the job.

It took some force to get the lid on and screwed in, mainly because of the plastic bit that is snapped in place. However, once on it all worked smoothly and easily and did the job well.

Worst product - save your money!!

Horrible product with good intentions. Nut butters come packaged in so many different sized jars, the lid with this product (only one comes with it) fits NONE of them, rendering it useless. I have 10 jars of nut butter in my pantry and the lid does not work on any of them. Without a fitted lid, it’s a big messy disaster when you try and turn the crank. What a waste of money. Just skip it!! Trust me. I buy from Amazon daily and this is my first negative review. Save your money! Use a spoon.
